Information you provide
When you submit a request, NexTec receives the contact and company details, hardware selections, workload and deployment requirements, message, and any RFQ or bill-of-materials files you choose to upload. Unsent build and form drafts stay in memory in the current tab; refreshing, closing the tab or opening another tab does not preserve them. Downloads do not submit an inquiry. Do not include passwords, private access codes, payment card details, sensitive personal information or confidential datasets.
Requests, build sheets and notifications
Inquiry information is used to assess requirements, prepare proposals, respond to requests and manage the commercial relationship. A submitted hardware request stores a copy of its build sheet, including the contact and deployment details you entered. When email delivery is configured, the sales notification and your confirmation include that complete specification in text and as PDF/text attachments. A configured CRM receives the inquiry fields needed for follow-up. Uploaded source documents are kept in private storage for authorized site-owner access, not forwarded as email attachments; sales notifications may list their filenames. Private tracking access codes and internal sales notes are excluded from the technical sheet and these provider notifications.
Essential operation and aggregate counters
The site keeps daily aggregate counts of allowlisted page paths and actions such as quote starts, submissions and configuration downloads, using predefined product categories. These counters do not contain query strings, inquiry text, uploaded documents or customer identities and are not unique-visitor counts. Short-lived rate-limit records use an hourly hash derived from an IP address or authenticated email, rather than storing that raw value in the counter. Hosting and sign-in services can separately process technical logs, IP addresses and authentication information needed to operate and protect the site.
Cloudflare security cookies
Cloudflare may set the __cf_bm cookie to help distinguish automated traffic and protect the website. Cloudflare documents an expiry after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is a hosting security function, not an advertising cookie.

This website does not currently load a Google Ads tag, Google Analytics, advertising pixels or session-replay scripts. It does not currently use advertising cookies or browser storage for optional measurement. The aggregate site counters described above support site operation without an advertising visitor profile.
Service providers and external links
Hosting, private storage, sign-in, business email and configured CRM services process information needed for those functions. Email notifications use Resend when configured. Manufacturer documentation and other external links open independent services with their own privacy practices. NexTec does not sell the inquiry details you submit for quotation.
Retention and privacy requests
NexTec retains inquiry records while needed for the request, customer relationship, recordkeeping or dispute resolution. You may request access, correction or deletion through the privacy contact route. Identity verification and applicable retention requirements may affect a request.
