When you submit a quote or contact request, NexTec receives the contact and company details, hardware requirements, deployment information, and message you enter. A reference and private access code let you retrieve limited inquiry status. Do not include credentials, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential datasets.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to assess requirements, prepare proposals, respond to requests, and manage the commercial relationship. Site access controls and short-lived rate-limit records support security. We do not sell inquiry information.
Analytics & site access
This site records aggregate page-view counts by day and page path without advertising cookies or cross-site profiling. It does not record query parameters in page analytics. The hosting and sign-in providers may process technical logs and authentication information under their own policies.
Service providers
Hosting providers process information needed to operate the site. When configured by NexTec, business email and CRM providers may process inquiry details to support sales follow-up. These integrations are not advertising profiles.
Retention & your choices
NexTec retains inquiry records while needed for the request, customer relationship, recordkeeping, or dispute resolution. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the contact form; identity verification and applicable retention requirements may affect a request.
