Manufacturer coverage, part by part
The GPU, server platform, processors, memory and storage may have different warranty providers and terms. Your quotation identifies the manufacturer warranty applicable to each supplied component, its duration and any eligibility requirements.
- There is no single warranty period covering every component
- Manufacturer terms determine coverage, exclusions and claim eligibility
- On-site service, advance replacement and extended coverage are included only if expressly quoted
Make a claim with the manufacturer
Contact the relevant manufacturer directly to open a warranty claim. Have your proof of purchase, exact model and serial number, a description of the fault, and diagnostic results ready. NexTec can help identify the correct warranty contact and provide available order documentation.
- Follow the manufacturer's troubleshooting and RMA instructions
- Obtain authorization before shipping any hardware
- Confirm packaging, shipping responsibilities and replacement timing with the claim provider
Protect your data before a return
Back up and remove customer data where possible before returning storage devices. Arrange any special data-handling requirements with the manufacturer before dispatch. Do not send passwords or confidential datasets with a support inquiry.
Returns and cancellation
Commercial returns, cancellation and refund terms are separate from a manufacturer's defect warranty. The accepted quotation and order agreement define those terms. A warranty inquiry is not an automatic return authorization.
