- Substitution approval before changing the bill of materials
Deployment support
Coordinate rack planning, delivery, handoff, and agreed setup assistance with your infrastructure team. On-site work, remote support, software installation, and acceptance ownership are established in the scope.
Lifecycle replacement & spares
Plan for replacement GPUs, PSUs, fans, storage, and other serviceable components. Confirm compatibility and the applicable warranty/RMA path before dispatch.
