CUSTOM WORKSTATION COMPUTERS

We build workstations around your work.

From local AI development to engineering, CAD and content creation, NexTec can build a custom workstation around your applications, workspace and project requirements.

APPLICATION FIRST

A complete computer. Not just a graphics card.

Tell us what you run and what needs to improve. We review the complete system before selecting exact components.

Local AI & development

Define model size, precision, context length, data privacy needs and your software stack. GPU memory and host memory are planned separately.

Engineering & CAD

Start with the application and version, assemblies, simulations and display setup. Required application certifications are checked against the exact hardware and driver combination.

Content creation

Scope editing, rendering, animation and visualization around your tools, media formats and project sizes, including scratch storage and display requirements.

Requirements first. Compatibility before the quote.

The selections below are requests, not prequalified component combinations. NexTec reviews the motherboard and BIOS, CPU support, memory type and population, PCIe slots, GPU clearance, cooling, power and software before proposing a bill of materials.

No price, availability, performance result, warranty duration or certification is promised by this page. The written proposal defines the exact build and service scope.

YOUR WORKSTATION REQUIREMENTS

Tell us what the computer needs to do.

Choose the requirements you know. Leave the rest for a recommendation. These are planning targets, not a list of guaranteed compatible parts.

Custom build · engineering review required

GPU count, memory capacity and form factor are independent requests until an exact platform is qualified. A compact system is not automatically suitable for a high-power or multi-GPU build.

01 · Workload & compute
Primary workloadAdd application names, versions and representative project or model sizes on the next page.
Processor priorityA performance priority, not a CPU SKU. The processor, board, BIOS and memory are selected together.
GPU preferenceOptional exact-edition preference from the GPU catalog. This does not confirm availability, application certification or chassis compatibility.
Requested GPUs per workstationA requested count, not a supported population. Multi-GPU software, slot spacing, cooling and power need review; GPU memory is not automatically pooled.
02 · Memory & storage
System memory targetCapacity target only. Memory type, channels, DIMM count and qualified part numbers depend on the selected CPU and motherboard.
System-memory ECC requirementECC support is verified across the CPU, motherboard, memory and firmware.
Boot capacity target
Data / scratch capacity targetUsable-capacity target, not a drive count or RAID promise. Scratch, datasets, protection and backup needs are clarified in the inquiry.
03 · Workspace & connectivity
Format preference
Display requirementsSpecify display models, resolution, refresh rate and connection needs in the inquiry.
Network requirement
Acoustic preference
Site constraintsEnter the actual installation location privately on the next page, not here.
04 · Software & support
OS / license review scopeOS, driver and application support and any required licensing are confirmed in the proposal.
Support / validation preferenceRequested service scope only. No support entitlement, response time or warranty term is included automatically.
What the engineering review covers
  • This is a custom workstation requirements request, not a prequalified motherboard / CPU / RAM / GPU preset or an approved bill of materials. Engineering must select and qualify the exact parts.
  • Format, memory capacity, ECC, storage and GPU counts are requested targets. CPU / motherboard / DIMM compatibility, PCIe lanes and spacing, chassis clearance, PSU connectors and full-system cooling must be reviewed together.
  • Display resolutions, refresh rates, connectors and adapters, OS / driver compatibility, application certification and license entitlements require review. Storage capacity targets do not specify drive counts, redundancy or an approved usable layout.
  • Site circuit capacity, ventilation, operating conditions and acoustics require review; no measured power, noise or benchmark result is implied. Validation and support scope must be agreed in the proposal.
  • GPU count is unknown and must be confirmed. The total project GPU quantity remains unknown, not zero or one per workstation.
